Jacob has over eight years experience as Senior Product Manager, managing products that drove bottom line value for UK startups across a variety of sectors including: Fintech, AI & Machine Learning, Carbon Accounting, and Blockchain. A skilled leader in product development, Jacob has successfully spearheaded projects that increased revenue and optimized user engagement. Now studying his MBA under an Entrepreneurship Fellowship at Washington University, in St Louis, Jake launched Carbon Salary in Spring of 2024 to accelerate the fight against climate change and bring much needed capital financing to the real estate decarbonization challenge that the US currently faces

Sergiu Celebidachi is an MBA candidate at Washington University in St. Louis – Olin Business School, where he is also a student-athlete. With a strong foundation in finance, consulting, and business strategy, he has gained hands-on experience in private equity, investment analysis, and go-to-market strategy development. Sergiu manages the strategy and execution on outreach either to property managers or corporate carbon credit buyers
